一、概述
?JCL(CLQ)系列船用離心通風機（以下簡稱通風機）可輸送空氣，含有鹽霧的海洋空氣和含有油霧等腐蝕性空氣，通風機適用于船舶上各種艙室的通風換氣、鍋爐通風，也可適用于其他適當的場合。
?通風機是按照國標GB/T11864-1990《船用離心通風機》和現行的《船舶建造規范》設計制造的。
?二、特點
?尺寸小、重量輕、低噪聲、防腐性好、氣密性好、啟動力矩小、抗搖擺、振動和沖擊性強。
?三、結構形式
?通風機為臥式，電動機直聯式結構，亦可制成立式結構。
?葉輪由鋁合金材料鉚接制成，并經靜、動平衡校正。
?機殼、進風口等采用普通鋼質材料焊接而成，并制成氣密式結構。

?1.General
?JCL (CLQ) series marine or centrifugal fan(simply the fans) are capable of blowing air, such as ocean air containing salt vapor and corrosive air containing a small quantity of oil vapor. They are suitable for cabin air ventilation and exchange on oceangoing vessels. They are also applicable in other places that suit.
?The fan is designed and manufactured according to the standard of GB11864-1990《Marine or Navy Axial Flow Fans》and《The manufacture Rules of Sea-going Steel Ships》which approved by the Register of the People's Republic of China.
?2.Features
?Small in size and light in weight.Low noise and low vibration.Good anti-corrosiveness.Good air tightness.
?Small starting torque.Strong performance of resisting swing, vibration and shock
?3.Structure Type
?The ventilator is designed and manufactured into a horizontal structure type or a vertical one, which the vane wheel is mounted directly on the motor shaft extension.
?The vane wheel, being riveting structure is made of aluminum alloy and carefully balanced by static and dynamic ways.
?Both the casing and the inlet are made of welded common steel with airtight structure
